Privacy notice for bedwetting.ai

Effective September 30, 2026

In short: bedwetting.ai is run by Dr. Sagie Bedwetting Clinics Ltd., the makers of TheraPee™. We do not sell your personal information for money. We use the Meta pixel to measure our ads, which some US state laws treat as "sharing". You can turn that off at any time, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal. In Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, the pixel does not load at all.

This notice covers bedwetting.ai, including the program page and Dana, our AI bedwetting consultant. It adds to our main Privacy Policy, which covers orders, the TheraPee software and bedwettingtherapy.com.

What we collect

We also measure, on our own servers, how visitors use these pages: seconds on the page, how far they scroll, and which buttons they use, together with the ad or link that brought them. This does not use cookies, and it is not shared with anyone.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data for us under contract:

ProviderWhat they do
CloudflareHosts the site and stores conversation transcripts
OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabsPower Dana's voice, speech recognition and answers
KlaviyoSends emails to parents who gave us their email (receives the email address only)
ShopifyRuns our store at bedwettingtherapy.com
Meta (Facebook, Instagram)Measures our ads through the Meta pixel (see below)

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share transcripts or anything you tell Dana about your child with advertisers.

The Meta pixel and your choices

On bedwetting.ai, the Meta pixel records page views and a few actions, such as clicking through to our pricing page, starting a conversation with Dana, or giving Dana your email. It does not send the content of your conversation. Meta may use this to measure and improve our ads, and under laws in California and other states this can count as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising.

Consumer health data

This section is our consumer health data privacy policy under the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut.

What we collect and why

When you talk to Dana, you may share health information about your child, such as age, how often bedwetting happens, and what has been tried. We collect it from you, only when you start a conversation after seeing our notice, and use it only to give you the assessment, answer your questions and improve Dana.

Who receives it

Only the service providers above that run Dana (Cloudflare, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs). Klaviyo receives your email address only, never health information. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with advertisers, including Meta.

Your rights

You can ask to see the consumer health data we hold about you, get a list of the third parties it was shared with, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted. Email support@bedwettingtherapy.com with the subject "Health data request" and the email you used with Dana. We will respond within 45 days, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our answer.

Your rights under US state laws

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, correct it, delete it, opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, and not be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, email support@bedwettingtherapy.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. An authorized agent may make a request for you.

Children

bedwetting.ai is for parents and guardians. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information a parent shares about their child is handled as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation transcripts and emails only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them.
